Behavior Case Management for Behavior Consultants
Whether you’re an experienced consultant or just starting out in behavior consulting, this seminar will provide a great foundation for pursuing well-structured and successful behavior modification cases! A well-organized and structured behavior case management plan can help you zero in on the most complete and accurate assessment, develop the most effective behavior modification and training plan, measure results, save time, and achieve exemplary client compliance!
Many cases go astray, not because the consultant lacks talent or skill, but for want of a structured plan. This seminar will cover:
- initial client contact and qualifying clients (which cases to take and which to let go!),
- preliminary intake (what you need to know up front!),
- intake questionnaires,
- how to take a thorough history,
- compiling and organizing your information,
- completing assessments and conclusions
- building an effective training plan,
- measuring results,
- client compliance,
- and more!
The target audience includes individuals experienced in dog training, who have a basic understanding of learning theory concepts (operant and classical learning) and familiarity with at least basic concepts of behavior modification. We will not be covering learning theory or b-mod basics in this program.
