Happy Feet! Does your dog panic when it’s toenail trim time? Are you anxious about giving toenail trims? Tired of arm wrestling with your dog when their nails get too long? Tired of paying your vet or a groomer $15-30 a pop for toe nail trims? If so, this class is for you! Happy Feet is a 4-session class designed to give you all the skills you need to teach your dog to relax and accept clipping peacefully! Four classroom sessions teach you about the anatomy of the toenail, how to avoid cutting the “quick”, how to use the trimmers correctly and most importantly, help your pooch peacefully cooperate while the mani-pedi action is taking place!
For this class, you may bring up to two handlers per dog. If you don’t have a training partner, you can sign up anyway and we’ll buddy you up with an intern or auditor in class so you can enjoy a complete experience. And of course, Happy Feet, like all our other programs, is based on positive reinforcement, so it will be fun and enjoyable for you and your dog.
Preregistration is required and space is limited, so pay your tuition here to get the ball rolling and reserve your spot now! Once you register and pay your tuition, we’ll send you a welcome letter letting you know what supplies you’ll need for class.
Classroom sessions will be held at the training center at 170 N Maple St, Corona. Check our training schedule here for dates!
